Practitioner Agile Analyst & Architect, Trainer and Coach. CSM, CSPO, CSP candidate. BDD evangelist.
For 5 years (2007-2012) I have worked as a Business System Analyst in a traditional waterfall environment. During this period, I have realized all the disadvantages and limitations of this software development model.
In 2012, after my CSM certification, we realized Scrum transition in our company, and our performance has significantly increased making a real impact for our customers. In that year, I became a co-organizer of the Agile Moldova community and started my coaching and training activities in the SCRUMguides Moldova filial branch.
In 2012-2014 I have been a servant-leader for many web development teams in many complex, socially useful projects. It was own product development (for example, gurutrade.com or foodhouse.md) and custom development for Government (for example, bnm.md/en).
In 2014-2015, when I moved to Belarus, I started to work on Agile transformation projects in one of the biggest outsorcing company with international distributed development teams.
Now I continue to work on Agile transformation projects in Alfa-Bank (ABH Holdings S.A.). I think that real Agile transformation is very long and complex process, which is closely related to people's deep convictions and whole enterprise infrastructure.

How fast can you deliver your software? When time-to-market is a success factor, we’re looking for ways to optimize development process to shorten delivery time. We’re buying faster computers, new software and hiring additional testers to make sure our product will be ready on time. However way too often by concentrating on development process only, we forget to look at other areas. Is the efficiency of our developers real problem, or should we search for causes somewhere else?
Maybe it’s the approval process that takes too long, or we’re developing wrong thing trying to catch up with our competitors rather than looking for our own solution. During this presentation you’ll learn how Toyota and other Lean companies are analysing their processes searching for inefficiencies. You’ll hear real examples on how valuable time can be wasted, and what can be done to deliver better software faster.

You might have known what are the so called "killer apps" that allowed West to beat East (by Niall Ferguson) in the race of technological, financial and educational progress. We are going to reveal one of the points of view on 'killer apps' of Project Managment becoming more Agile and so defeating old styled models. Please get ready to interact and share your vision - this is not going to be 'speech-only' format.
Meet the minion personas and understand how they form a perfect complementary team. Afterwards rely management styles involved to yourself, findout hints to dealing with others and in the end discover a model to finding a bliss in what you do :)
Your take-aways: Complementary team concept by Ichak Adizes based on PAEI management styles (Producer, Administrator, Entrepreneur, Integrator), "Mismanagers, Managers and Leaders", understanding conflicts of each style and characteristics of good managers.
